Surveyors 3300 and 1100

a.k.a. Marvin and Minsky

A later version of Marvin was produced in the Spring of 2006.  This robot possessed a 6 degree of freedom arm, dual speakers, four-wheel drive skid steer base, real time video, LCD display, pan-tilt camera, stereo speakers, and a custom ABS plastic case.  A second, smaller robot was also produced.  This second robot was patterned after the Original CoroBot, and included real time video, a 2 degree of freedom arm with ½ pound payload capacity, and a clear acrylic chassis.  Both robots included a four-wheel drive skid steer base, NiMH batteries, temperature and voltage sensors, a digital/analog interface board for user expansion, and a mini ITX motherboard.
