Feb 12, 2010: Support forums have been repaired.
Just when you think everything's working...
Some sharp-eyed customers reported being unable to register on our support forums at http://support.coroware.com. After some research, we discovered the out-bound e-mail from the forums was being blocked by some security "features" that had been put in place. Apparently, we had made it a bit too secure.
Once we were aware of the problem, the IT staff was able to get it fixed in short order. So now - registering for an account on the forums is operational.
We apologize to anyone who tried to sign up and patiently waited in vain for their confirmation e-mail. Please try again. As always, you can try the other support methods listed on our Support page.
