Kirkland, WA-based CoroWare Technologies is a wholly owned subsidiary of CoroWare, Inc. and was founded in 2003 by Lloyd Spencer and David Hyams with the vision of growing a computer and robotics software and hardware development company. Having a longtime relationship with neighboring Microsoft, Lloyd and Dave saw an opportunity to begin generating revenue through independent service contracts with Microsoft. In 2004, CoroWare’s Microsoft Practice provided a steady stream of revenue that allowed the company to focus on growth opportunities in robotics and new technologies.  One year later, the company sold its Surveyor 3100 mobile robot to Vassar College.

Since 2003, CoroWare has steadily made a name for itself in the robotics industry.  Our products and services are used by customers around the world.
